The LSU staff didn’t wait long to offer one of the state of Louisiana’s most promising freshmen.

On Wednesday, the Tigers dialed up Jennings High and offered freshman running back Trevor Etienne a scholarship.

It was the first scholarship offer in for the 2022 prospect, and only the second 2022 offer the LSU staff has handed out in Louisiana, with Etienne joining Ponchatoula freshman Jacoby Mathews on the shortlist.
