In football recruiting news, two four-star prospects out of Texas announced that they were happy to receive LSU offers.

One is all-purpose back EJ Smith (6-0, 190) out of Dallas’ Jesuit High. The other is defensive end Princely Umanmielen (6-4, 258) of Manor High who called LSU his “childhood dream school.”
