The 6-foot-4, 215 pound sophomore linebacker out of Birmingham (Ala.) Ramsay arrived at LSU early Saturday morning, an assistant coach greeted him and escorted him to the office of head coach Ed Orgeron. There was a quick conversation, coach O extended an offer to Williams and the visit was off to a great start.
