UCF will have another chance to defeat an SEC team this bowl season, and one national college football writer thinks the Knights will do just that.

Ralph D. Russo of the Associated Press released his bowl picks Wednesday, and his projections included a UCF win against No. 11 LSU in the Fiesta Bowl.

Russo chose the No. 8 Knights to win 31-24, which would give them back-to-back undefeated seasons and add fuel to their outrage at being left out of the College Football Playoff.
