Last week was trying for the Los Angeles Rams and a large portion of California. In addition to the tragic shooting at a bar in Thousand Oaks, wildfires forced thousands upon thousands of people to evacuate their homes.
Several Rams players and staff members were among those who had to leave the area due to the fires, but the entire organization did what it could to help those in need. That effort was led by Andrew Whitworth, who donated his Week 10 game check to victims of the shooting and fires.
As a result, he was named the NFLPA’s Week 10 Community MVP, a well-deserved honor for the veteran left tackle.
