One year ago, the Broncos knocked off running back Pooka Williams and Hahnville to capture the program’s second Class 5A state title in three seasons.

2020 quarterback Keilon Brown led the way for ZHS, following in the footsteps of Lindsey Scott Jr. to lead the Broncos to the Dome and take home the hardware.Now, Brown and ZHS are 9-2 on the year as they move into the second round of the playoffs.

And head coach David Brewerton has found another key piece on offense for the Broncos to lean on in sophomore wide receiver Chris Hilton.
