Repeat honorees Grant Delpit and Cole Tracy of LSU along with Louisiana Tech’s Teddy Veal earned Louisiana state football players of the week as chosen by the Louisiana Sports Writers Association.

Delpit (defense) and Tracy (special teams) contributed in the Tigers 19-3 win over Mississippi State. Delpit, a winner as well in Week 3, had 10 tackles and a pair of interceptions.

Tracy, a winner for the second straight week and for the fourth time this season, had four field goals on the evening and now a nation’s best 21 field goals this season.
