Just before LSU named Ohio State transfer Joe Burrow the starting quarterback, fellow QBs Lowell Narcisse and Justin McMillan announced they were transferring.

Narcisse ended up at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, where he’s been getting a lot of playing time.

However, that appears to be changing.
