Former LSU quarterback Warren Rabb said he sees some similarities between the 2018 Tigers and the team he helped lead to a title 60 years ago.
For starters, both squads entered the season picked to be a middling team in the SEC. Much like the 1958 LSU team, the current Tigers have exceeded those expectations by picking up two top-10 wins just a month into the season.
“If they keep getting a little better,” Rabb said, “we’ll beat Alabama.”
