LSU looking to stitch o-line together  for Ole Miss

LSU starting left guard Garrett Brumfield is out indefinitely, Ed Orgeron said Monday, further decimating an offensive line that has fielded a different starting rotation in every game this season.

Brumfield suffered an apparent left knee injury in the first quarter of No. 5 LSU’s 38-21 win over Louisiana Tech on Saturday, and Orgeron said he did not know when the 6-foot-3, 303-pound senior will be back.

Chasen Hines will replace Brumfield, Orgeron said. The true freshman subbed in for him in both the Auburn and Louisiana Tech games, playing a total of 79 snaps.
