Home games with Southeastern Conference opponents Florida, Auburn, Arkansas and Texas A&M along with a road trip to Austin to face Texas highlight LSU’s 2019 football schedule.
The SEC announced the 2019 football schedules for all 14 league schools on Tuesday.
LSU opens the 2019 campaign in Tiger Stadium against Georgia Southern on Aug. 31 before traveling to face Texas on Sept. 7. The LSU-Texas contest will be the first regular-season meeting between the teams since 1954 when the Longhorns and Tigers squared off in Austin.
