Heading into the Auburn-LSU game, Jarrett Stidham was the household name while Joe Burrow was being called “Danny Etling in a new number” by one of the men calling the nationally televised event.

So much for that lazy take.

Finally given an opportunity to show what he can do in a do-or-die situation with the world watching, Burrow drove LSU down the field twice in two possessions, once for a touchdown and once more for the game-winning field goal on the road at Auburn to beat the Tigers 22-21 on Saturday.
