LSU got the 2018 season off to a good start with a 33-17 victory against Miami.

The Tigers held a 33-3 lead before Miami added a couple of fourth-quarter scores for the final margin.

The Hurricanes outgained LSU, 342 to 296 in total yards, but lost the turnover battle 2-0.
