Nick Brossette started for the Tigers in their 33-17 upset over Miami in Week 1, churning out 100 yards and two touchdowns in the victory.

After meeting with the media on Tuesday, LSU’s starting running back said the game helped give the team earn the respect of the rest of the nation.
