After taking a redshirt at LSU last season, Lowell Narcisse entered fall camp this month with hopes of battling for playing time beyond scripted run situations, but following the first scrimmage in August, the St. James (La.) native elected to transfer out of the program.

With hopes of landing at another FBS program next season, Narcisse enrolled at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and immediately jumped into the quarterback race.

On Friday night, Narcisse stepped on the field in a game for the first time since his junior season of high school. Narcisse suffered ACL injuries during his junior and senior seasons before taking a redshirt for the Tigers in 2017.
