“We still have to play the season,” Brumfield, a fifth-year senior and a leader of the team who started all 13 games at left guard last season, said Monday when asked about the back-to-back suspensions at right guard.

“No disrespect to Ed or Maea, not to say we don’t wish them the best, but we have to play without them. Coach O preaches next man up, and that’s what we have to do.”
