Fulton’s attorney recently got the NCAA to reevaluate his client’s situation and now we know when that hearing will be.

According to multiple reports, Fulton’s hearing will take place on Thursday, Aug. 9.

Fulton’s attorney is asking the NCAA to shorten his client’s suspension to time served.
