White, who has been named a Sporting News preseason All-American, finished the 2017 season as the SEC’s leader in tackles with 133.
He tied the LSU record for games with double-digit stops with eight, finished third in the SEC with 14 tackles for losses, including 4.5 sacks with five quarterback hurries, and made the All-SEC first team.
Surprisingly, he made no first team All-American teams.
