In over a week, former LSU running back Derrius Guice raised over $21,000 for the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center, a community-owned facility that caters to everyone in need of cancer treatment regardless of their financial circumstance.
The fundraising ended on Friday afternoon with Guice presenting a check to the center.
