Kimbrough, a 3-star cornerback from Warren Easton Charter School in New Orleans, camped at LSU and walked away with an offer in hand.
He drew the attention of defensive backs coach Corey Raymond, area recruiter Mickey Joseph and, of course, coach Ed Orgeron, who explained that the home team waited to extend an offer and warned him that the Tigers were primed to make a fierce push for the in-state defensive back moving forward.
