LSU’s defensive back haul just got a lot more talented.
Marcus Banks, a top cornerback out of Texas, gave a commitment to the Tigers in the aftermath of his official visit this weekend. Banks, who measures 6 feet and 170 pounds, can run a sub-4.5 40-yard dash and help fill a major need on the outside in the secondary.
Banks’ mother, Leah Banks-Meeks, is originally from Louisiana. The Banks family has visited multiple times this spring, including a junior day in March and again this past weekend for an official visit.
