June 4, 2018June 4, 2018 LSU Football Report WATCH: Former Vanderbilt QB Jacob Free The LSU staff hosted a JUCO quarterback on Saturday who has ties to the Southeastern Conference. Former Vanderbilt quarterback Jacob Free, who is now enrolled at Northwest Mississippi Community College, made the trip to Baton Rouge to throw for the Tigers and a handful of other Louisiana colleges in attendance. Free looked the part of the most developed quarterback at LSU’s camp, which shouldn’t come as a surprise given he was a highly-ranked recruit coming out of high school and has already spent a year in an SEC program.
