He checks in as the No. 12 prospect in Louisiana for next year’s recruiting cycle and the No. 255 overall prospect in the country. During his sophomore year at Ponchatoula last fall, Finley went 115-for-223 passing (52-percent) for 1,883 yards, 14 touchdowns and eight interceptions.
