May 26, 2018May 25, 2018 LSU Football Report LSU football ranked sixth in attendance in 2017 LSU did not post a sellout in 2017 among its six home games in Tiger Stadium, but LSU football still ranked high among the nation’s attendance leaders. According to the National Football Foundation, LSU’s 98,506 average paid attendance ranked sixth among FBS schools. Overall, the Tigers were watched by just over 1.1 million fans this past season, making LSU the seventh-most watched program in the nation.
