May 15, 2018May 15, 2018 LSU Football Report Former LSU Tiger Kevin Toliver II comes to the Bears with a chance to be special One of the rookies, of the undrafted variety, is Kevin Toliver II. The 6-2, 192-pound cornerback wasn’t picked in the 2018 NFL Draft, but he isn’t your typical unheralded, undrafted player. Coming out of high school in 2015, Toliver was ranked in the top 10 across the board in his recruiting class. Injuries and a suspension kept Toliver from becoming a star in Baton Rouge.
