As soon as offers began to pour in for the talented dual-threat prospect, LeGendre opted to give a verbal commitment to Kansas and area recruiter Tony Hull, his former coach at Warren Easton (La.) High School. Nearly three months later, the 4-star quarterback has honored that commitment but continued to entertain interest from several programs. That includes LSU.
