That includes prospects such as cornerback Derek Stingley Jr., defensive tackle Ishmael Sopsher, inside linebacker Donte’ Starks, wide receiver Trey Palmer and tackle Ray Parker, all of whom rank either first or second among in-state players at their respective positions.
