But as SEC Country’s Nick Suss recently pointed out, that is simply a matter of default. If forced to pick a hottest seat, there’s nowhere else to turn. There are six new head coaches in the SEC this year. Unless one goes 1-11 or 0-12, or emulates the style of former Arkansas coach Bobby Petrino or Mississippi State baseball coach Andy Cannizaro, they aren’t going anywhere.
