May 4, 2018May 4, 2018 LSU Football Report LSU paying its 10 football analysts nearly $600,000 LSU is spending a combined $595,000 on the 10 analysts — many of them new — on coach Ed Orgeron’s staff. The coach got approval from administrators this offseason to add to his off-the-field staff, doubling the number of analysts from the previous year, Orgeron said in an interview earlier this spring. The analysts/consultants include five on offense and five on defense.The analysts are “at will” employees, meaning they are not under contract.
