May 2, 2018May 2, 2018 LSU Football Report Cameron Wire among host of LSU signees hoping to get healthy for fall As tackle Cameron Wire knows, the injury bug made its way through the LSU 2018 signing class with frustrating efficiency. Wire is among the players who were unable to complete their senior seasons in high school because of injuries. Wide receivers were particularly affected by the outbreak — Terrace Marshall, Ja’Marr Chase and Jaray Jenkins were all felled by season-ending ailments. Defensive lineman Davin Cotton is another who wasn’t able to enjoy his senior night.
