April 28, 2018April 28, 2018 LSU Football Report Pick Saints gave up for Alvin Kamara turns into LSU’s Derrius Guice for Washington The New Orleans Saints last year traded their 2018 second-round pick in order to draft running back Alvin Kamara in the third round, a deal that proved to be a home run for the Saints as Kamara gained 1,554 yards from scrimmage and scored 14 total touchdowns. But, in order to fully evaluate the trade, we’ll have to eventually compare Kamara to the player that went in the slot the Saints dealt.
