April 23, 2018April 23, 2018 LSU Football Report LSU coach Ed Orgeron asked about ESPN’s 6-6 prediction Outside of the four walls of LSU’s locker room, coach Ed Orgeron couldn’t care less what others are saying nationally about his team’s expected fall from grace this season. Expectations are low outside of Baton Rouge for a team that still hasn’t decided on a quarterback and is forced to replace its leading threat offensively, but Orgeron says his players aren’t focused on the negative noise. As he was leaving the podium following Saturday’s spring game, Orgeron was asked to comment on ESPN’s Football Power Index preseason projection his Tigers will finish 6-6 this season, which would mark the fewest wins since LSU went 3-8 in 1999.
