April 20, 2018April 19, 2018 LSU Football Report LSU’s Donte Jackson: Road to the Pros Former LSU cornerback Donte Jackson was deemed the fastest man in college football this past season. As a member of the LSU track and field team, Jackson recorded a blazing 10.22 seconds in the 100 meters. The former Riverdale standout continued to live up to the hype as he posted the fastest 40-yard dash (4.32 seconds) at the NFL Scouting Combine in February. And at LSU’s Pro Day in early April, he improved his 40 time (4.31).
