April 18, 2018April 18, 2018 LSU Football Report Jonathan Giles discusses drops, which LSU receiver he wants in a fight The performance Saturday was the best of the spring for the LSU offense, but it should have been even better. Giles said the Tigers dropped a half-dozen passes. Many of those drops bedeviled quarterback Myles Brennan, who finished the scrimmage 10 for 20. “We had a total of six drops, which is unacceptable,” Giles said. “And it wasn’t like they were hard plays. It was a lot of taking your eye off the ball or trying to run before catching the ball.” Giles admitted that he was one of the culprits.
