April 17, 2018April 16, 2018 LSU Football Report Should LSU be looking for graduate transfer at running back? Just a few days after LSU signed graduate transfer cornerback Terrence Alexander from Stanford, the Tigers appeared in the running for another West Coast graduate transfer. Cal running back Tre Watson scheduled a visit with the Tigers on Sunday night, cancelling his visit with BYU in the process. Watson will visit Baton Rouge on April 27, which is the Friday after next. A former 3-star prospect from California, Watson rushed for 709 yards and 4 touchdowns in 2016, his last full season. The senior only played in two games in 2017, carrying 17 times for 83 yards before missing the rest of the season.
