The Bucs need an upgrade at running back from Peyton Barber and Jacquizz Rodgers with the departure of Doug Martin as a free agent to Oakland. Guice offers a rare blend of speed and power. He’s a prototypical size for an NFL running back. Guice was banged-up himself early in the 2017 season, but managed to start 11 of 12 games played, receiving second-team all-SEC notice after rushing for 1,251 yards and 11 touchdowns on 237 carries (18 receptions, 124 yards, two touchdowns receiving).
