April 12, 2018April 11, 2018 LSU Football Report Nation’s top JUCO CB Elijah Blades sets LSU visit Elijah Blades, the top-ranked junior college cornerback in the Class of 2019, tells SEC Country that he will be attending the Tigers’ spring game set for Saturday, April 21 at 5 p.m. CT. LSU defensive backs coach Corey Raymond extended an offer to Blades in February. Blades is a one-time Florida verbal pledge who signed with Nebraska at the end of the 2017 recruiting cycle, but has since taken the junior college route and is bracing for his final season at Arizona Western College.
