April 12, 2018April 11, 2018 LSU Football Report LSU makes move for 4-star athlete Ronald Thompkins II Ronald Thompkins, a 4-star athlete from Peach State powerhouse Grayson (Ga.) High School, took advantage of a spring official visit to take a closer look into the LSU football program. The 5-foot-11, 195-pound projected running back made the trip with two of his teammates, Owen Pappoe and Wanya Morris, his parents and cousin, who resides in Baton Rouge. The Tigers were on the outside looking in of Thompkins’ final four of Penn State, Southern California, Mississippi State and Tennessee as of March. That, however, is no longer the case.
