April 7, 2018April 7, 2018 LSU Football Report A closer look at LSU’s 2019 quarterback board When it comes to finding LSU’s quarterback for the 2019 recruiting class, the first and most obvious name on the board to know is Grant Gunnell. Coach Ed Orgeron has made Gunnell a priority since he took over as the team’s coach on an interim basis in 2016. That theme has continued through multiple offensive coordinators, but has provided continuity into the quarterback board nonetheless.
