In fact, the nation’s top-ranked center and the No. 11 overall prospect in the 2019 class, according to the 247Sports composite, has had only a small bit of communication with first-year Tigers offensive line coach James Cregg. Webb does, however, routinely speak with LSU coach Ed Orgeron and has a much more distinct connection with the LSU football program than most elite prospects can claim.
