But he’s building a team that should probably pass more than that. Everyone knows about Terrace Marshall, Ja’Marr Chase, Kenan Jones and Jaray Jenkins. LSU’s 2018 recruiting class brought in more talent at receiver than arguably any team in the nation. For 2019, LSU is pursuing quarterback Grant Gunnell and receiver Devonta Lee as hard as any prospects. It’s no coincidence that LSU is recruiting this way.
