March 30, 2018March 30, 2018 LSU Football Report LSU football’s Andre Anthony more than eager to put his best foot forward LSU outside linebacker Andre Anthony is persistent. When he was healthy two years ago as a true freshman, he was redshirted because of academic issues stemming from a high school transfer. When he was academically eligible last season, he had to sit out because of bones detaching in his left foot. But Anthony is back on two good feet and thankful after the first two weeks of LSU’s spring practice where he began gradually shedding two years of being stuck in neutral.
