Drop-back passer Myles Brennan is on one side of the street. Dual-threat Lowell Narcisse occupies the other. But it’s starting to look like the road needs to be widened to account for Justin McMillan. McMillan doesn’t quite have Brennan’s arm or Narcisse’s legs, but he does marry their skill sets together.
