The Eagles’ third-year cornerback and former seventh-round draft pick will collect $457,440.17 in total performance-based pay for the 2017 season. Mills’ payout is the third-highest in the National Football League. The payout nearly doubles Mills’ income, as he had a base salary of $540,000 for 2017.
