March 13, 2018March 13, 2018 LSU Football Report Former LSU center Kevin Mawae joins Arizona State staff as offensive analyst Kevin Mawae served as an assistant coach in the NFL for one season in 2016. Now, the former LSU standout is returning to the coaching ranks. On Monday, Arizona State announced that Mawae was joining the team’s staff as an offensive analyst. He was an assistant offensive line coach for the Chicago Bears in 2016, but he was not retained for 2017.
